Wildland Consultants’ offshore island experience extends from Pitt Island in the Chatham Islands, Tuhua in the Bay of Plenty, Moawhitu (D’Urville Island) in the Marlborough Sounds, and Auckland Island (subantarctic). Individual staff members also have a wealth of experience on many other outlying and offshore islands through previous employment activities (NZ Wildlife Service, Department of Lands and Survey, Department of Conservation). This includes experience on Campbell Island, Stewart Island, Marlborough Sounds islands (Maud, Motuara, Stephens, Nukuwaita and Long), Kapiti Island, Mana Island, Bay of Plenty islands (Motuotau, Karewa, Tūhua, Moutohorā, Mōtītī, Motunau, Rūrima), Mercury group islands (Cuvier, Stanley, and others), Little Barrier, Kawau, Rangitoto, Motutapu, Motuihe, Great Barrier, Kaikoura, and various Northland islands.
